The Peters Brand
Nearly a century ago, Peters introduced the first high-speed
sandwiching machine to the baking world. Since then, these
machines have become the industry standard for reliable, efficient and profitable production.
With a long list of upgrades and improvements, the newest Peters Sandwiching Machines incorporate everything we’ve learned from customer research. That means you can expect less maintenance or sanitation downtime, easier changeovers and consistent product quality without sacrificing high production rates. It’s the kind of responsiveness and attention to detail that has earned Peters the reputation as the world’s leading producer of sandwiching equipment.
Peters® offers the most comprehensive range of biscuit and cracker sandwiching (cremers) equipment from unit machines to complete, turnkey systems. With products including biscuit feeders, automated feed systems, sandwiching machines (creamers) of all speeds, product turnover devices, row combiners, row multipliers, stackers, tray loaders and automatic slug loaders, cream hoppers and cream aeration hoppers, Peters has a product to meet your needs. In fact, no one has installed and serviced more sandwiching equipment worldwide than Peters.
Peters sandwiching machines are one of the most cost-effective and profitable ways to increase pounds of production from an existing oven, up to 15-25%. Our sandwiching machines produce many sizes and shapes of sandwiches with a variety of fillings including mini sandwiches, double deposits, 3-high sandwiches, squares, round, and specialty shapes.
Sandwiching machines offer single, two, three, four and six lane options. We also offer Cream mixers which are designed with a special 4-way agitator to ensure consistent, high quality mixing at capacities of 200 lbs. to 400lbs. Finished sandwiches can be packaged into a wide variety of formats including on-edge slugs, horizontal fin-seal packages, plastic trays and vertical bags.
